We've completely redesigned the booking details page in Artistu to give you a clearer, faster, and more powerful way to manage your bookings. This update is all about helping you focus on what matters, with less clicking around and more doing.
What’s New
The new booking page is designed to reduce friction and improve clarity, so you can manage your bookings with more confidence and less effort.
Inline Editing
You can now edit booking details directly on the page without needing to open a separate window or dialog. This makes updating a playtime, adjusting a location, or correcting a contact quicker and more natural. It also helps reduce the number of steps involved in day-to-day updates.
Clearer Status Indicators
Statuses for offers, contracts, and logistics are now easier to scan. You’ll immediately see if an agreement has been sent, signed, or is still pending. This clarity helps you stay on top of where things stand—especially when managing multiple bookings across different artists and timelines.
Better Overview for Invoices and Agreements
We've added a more accessible and organized section for invoices and agreements. You can now quickly see what has been sent, what has been signed, and what still needs attention—without digging through multiple tabs. This is particularly helpful when you’re preparing reports, chasing payments, or auditing your booking pipeline.
More Information on Travel
Logistics now includes more space and structure for travel-related details. Whether it’s flights, hotel bookings, or local transport, you can enter and review all the necessary information in one consistent place. It’s easier for artists and managers alike to know where they need to be and when.
What’s Next?
This update sets the foundation for additional improvements. Upcoming enhancements include a brand new advancing section, region & radius exclusivity, and customizable booking task stages. But the focus remains on clarity, speed, and control.
