Introducing booking logistics and planning (advancing)

We've found that with our agency one key factor to a smooth and enjoyable booking for the artist is to have all the logistical information at the same place. This way the artist can focus on their performance and not worry about the details of their travel and stay. That's why we've decided to build booking logistics and planning into Artistu. We know that advancing and planning takes time, and is often prone to mistakes or unforeseen circumstances. So we've built it in such a way that all the information is at the same place and viewable by everyone involved in the booking.

How it works

When you create a booking in Artistu you can now add logistical information to it for your advancing. This includes:

  • Flights
  • Hotels
  • Car rides
  • Train rides
  • Block periods

Booking logistics and planning

After having been created the journey shows up in chronological order related to the booking. The artist can in that way see what's planned for them and when. This way they can focus on their performance and not worry about the details of their travel and stay.

Each logistical item can be paired with assets and notes, such as a boarding pass or confirmation note.

Advancing your bookings has now gotten a lot easier with Artistu, and we're excited to see how this will help you in your day-to-day operations.

Upcoming improvements

We're planning a way for artists to shoot in their own block periods. This way they can let you know when they're not available for bookings. This will help you plan your bookings more efficiently and prevent double bookings.

Next to this we're creating a way to show potential block periods when creating new bookings to prevent double bookings.
