Roadmap
We currently use Artistu to manage our own artists. And with that comes a lot of feedback. We are constantly improving Artistu and adding new features. Here is a list of features we are currently working on:
- Sending digital agreements through e-mail
- We are currently working on sending digital agreements through e-mail, and letting clients digitally sign them.
- Adding logistics information to bookings
- You can now add logitics information to bookings, like flight numbers, hotel reservations and more.
- Artist invitations & custom view
- Allowing artists to be invited using their e-mail and view their own bookings / planning
- Automatically sending invoices through e-mail
- Attach invoices to agreements and send them through e-mail automatically.
- Uploading and managing digital assets
- We are currently working on uploading and managing digital assets (images, documents etc.)
- Invoice overview page
- Quickly see all invoices that are sent, paid and open. And download them as PDF.
- Mobile app for artists
- We are currently working on a mobile app for artists.
- Todays planning for artists
- Being able to see the planning for today, including tasks and bookings.
- Booking tasks
- Creating tasks for bookings, including reminders due dates and task templates per artist.
- Shared bookings
- Have two or more artists share a booking, and see the booking in both their planning.
- Booking information request
- Request information like contact details and venue information from clients when creating a booking automatically.
- Presskits
- Having a presskit for each artist and being able to share it with clients easily, such as attached to an agreement.
- Integrating with ical and Google Calendar
- We are currently working on integrating with ical and Google Calendar to automatically sync bookings.
