Requesting information

Artistu streamlines the process of gathering information from promoters by integrated email requests and a unified tracking system.

Sending a request

You can request information by sending a customized email directly to the contacts already stored on the booking.

When requesting information, you can choose to highlight specific fields that need immediate attention. These fields will be marked as "requested" in the system.

The system keeps you updated on the status of your requests.

  • Requested: The email has been sent, and you are waiting for a response.
  • Received: The customer has provided the information.

The customer experience

Your contacts will receive a link to a secure, customer-facing advancing portal where they can fill in the requested details. "Requested" fields will be clearly highlighted to ensure they don't miss anything important.

Reviewing and accepting information

After the customer submits their information, the fields in your admin dashboard will show as Pending. This gives you full control to review the data before it becomes official.

You must explicitly Accept the information for it to be finalized.

Once accepted, the field becomes Read-only for the customer in their portal, preventing any accidental changes.

You can also set specific fields to Private. These fields are for internal use only and will not be shared or visible in the customer-facing portal.
